REFUND POLICY

Classtra is committed to ensuring that all customers are satisfied with the product and service. As part of this commitment, refunds are issued up to 14 days after the subscription is initiated. Classtra will refund subscription during the 14 days for any reason or no reason. 


HOW TO REQUEST A REFUND

To request a refund, please send an email to info@classtra.org.. We will be able to help you and process your refund as soon as possible.


SECOND REFUND

A request for a second refund (or more) for the same account may or may not be accepted by Classtra. We will need to ask for the reason and deal with this on a case by case basis.
